**Main goals**:
- Managing clients’ expectations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner related to equipment failures and warranties.
- Solve problems encountered in clients’ relationships; Ensure that the help desk 24/7 is working properly.
- Technical support to customers and definition of the correct resource for remote or local support.
- Technical visit to customers when necessary to better define offers and control ongoing services.
- Responsible for defining technicians’ travel dates and even the absorption of activities according to the budget.
- Direct management of Field Service Technicians and Field Engineers.
- Definition, validation and management of third-party companies for technical support.
- Participation in the preparation and control of the sales budget for technical services.
