Salt Talent Search is looking for a Client Solutions Manager for 6 months extendable contract role with a Social Media tech client in Malaysia-KL.
In this role, you will be one of the most important partners of our sales team, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction.
What Will You Do:
- Analyze advertising campaign's performance data to offer key account clients data-driven business insights.
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of both Branding, Performance or e-Commerce marketing product offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results and up-sell.
- Serve as internal & external Shop Ads product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow eCommerce book of business.
