Client Services Representative - Reporting and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Perform Transparency Reporting tasks including data validation, data remediation, data analytics, and reporting generation.
• Send information requests to clients for required information (e.g., missing data, clarification, documentation).
• Track activities and report activity data to the client.
• Perform quality reviews and validation of data inputs.
• Adhere to policies on confidentiality, sensitive communication, and intellectual property.
• Provide weekly status reports on all activities to client stakeholders.
• Automate reporting activities using BI tools.

Competency Requirements

• Background in Pharmaceutical, Technology Services, or Software Industry desirable (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, and Outlook.
• Advanced abilities with MS Excel for data analysis and validation (Power Query and VBA Macros).
