About The Role
As the Client Accountability Manager, you will own the follow-through on every commitment made in client meetings — making sure nothing gets lost between what was said and what actually happens. This is a role built for someone wired for reliability, not visibility: you are not the loudest person on the call, you are the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
This role sits between client‑facing conversations and internal execution, working closely with the VP of Marketing Operations and the internal Project Manager to translate client commitments into tracked, owned, and completed work. It is ideal for someone who thinks operationally in real time, listens for what is implied as well as said, and is ready to work at a company where operations, performance, and impact are at the core of the culture.
