Client Services Manager – Community & Youth Services

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected and growing NDIS service provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability.

Based at our head office, you will become a key member of our specialist operations team, supporting participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and frontline staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and positive participant outcomes.

You will inherit a well-established participant portfolio and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, coordinating supports, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with participant goals and NDIS requirements.
