Client Services & Fire Safety Advisor, Integrated Protection Services

Overview

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, Healthcare, the Client Service & Safety Advisor (CSSA) is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of scheduled fire safety and emergency response drills across a defined portfolio of sites within the Lower Mainland Health Organization. Acting as Paladin's primary operational representative, this role provides fire safety advice and guidance to health authority leadership, management and staff. This Advisor works closely with Integrated Protection Services (IPS) and health authority leadership, providing subject matter expertise and decision support, and leading after‑action reviews following fire safety incidents.
