Client Services and Administrative Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Colombia (Bogota). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Work schedule is from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal targets related to error reduction, quality checking, and processing.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with CE/Broker and Policy Servicing teams.
• Ensure all documentation complies with Marsh Procedures, Compliance Standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare Proof of Insurance documents timely and manage workflow coordination within MMA Teams.
