In the competitive luxury environment, outstanding client service is key to building client loyalty to the brand. The Client Services Advisor will listen and respond to each client in a personalized, efficient, and effective manner, leveraging available resources, empathy, and communication skills. He or she will be responsible for meeting and exceeding planned KPIs, including sales targets.

The Client Services Advisor is based in our Client Services Singapore team at our office located on the East side of Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver extraordinary service on inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media servicing, and chat messages.
  • Consult with our Clients to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each Client and provide relevant product offers.
