This is an opportunity to further develop your client service and analytical skills as a Permanent Full-Time CSR within our Employee Benefits Division.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor employer-sponsored retirement plans, serving as the primary liaison between plan administrators, insurance carriers, and advisors
- Oversee the implementation of new group retirement plans, ensuring each plan launches accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, addressing inquiries directly or liaising with insurance carrier representatives for timely resolution
