As a Universal Call Center Rep, you will be a sales representative trained to excel in selling and handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. Exceptional soft skills such as empathy and a strong desire to please customers are essential.

Pay: $21.50 CAD per hour. Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Build your own schedule from available business hours.

Flexible Scheduling

Set your own schedule between Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. EST (Peak: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST). Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST. Sunday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST (Peak: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST).
