Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer assistance, addressing a broad spectrum of needs from booking appointments to handling general inquiries.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Quickly evaluate customer needs and offer productive, flexible solutions.

Hours & Schedule

• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule built from available business hours:
• Monday‑Friday: 7:30am‑11pm EST (peak 9am‑4pm)
• Saturday: 7:30am‑8pm EST (peak 7am‑8pm)
• Sunday: 9am‑8pm EST (peak 11am‑3pm)
