Opportunity and responsibilities

• Consistently attract new business, meet or exceed sales targets and provide excellent client care.
• Support and develop agency/call centre operations through prospecting, client contacts and sales activities, focusing on Auto and Property insurance.
• Apply underwriting guidelines, provide quotes, upsell, cross-sell through referrals.
• Achieve individual sales, quality and productive goals, contribute to overall sales growth.
• Provide exceptional client service: respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, escalations.
• Maintain client retention, support referrals, communicate & negotiate cancellations.
