Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. These transactions will include cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, foreign currency exchanges, and other miscellaneous transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform start and end of day banking activities
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Provide appropriate customer service to clients of the Bank and promote the Bank’s products and services
- Perform all other tasks that may be required from time to time
Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business course; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Banking experience is an advantage
