Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for accurately, efficiently, and timely processing of over the counter transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances, and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Bank’s standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
- Provide appropriate customer service to the bank’s clients, including promotion of the bank’s products and services.
- Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
