Client Rep HSE Lead - Offshore & Marine PMT

Peak Ocean is assembling an owner-side PMT for a drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore. We seek a Senior/Lead HSE Supervisor to act as Client Representative, leading safety oversight and ensuring robust safety management and zero‑incident culture across construction and reactivation activities.

You will report to the Construction Manager and collaborate with MOM and other authorities, driving continuous improvement and ensuring rigorous reporting and risk mitigation.
