Client Renewal & Growth Specialist

SOS International is seeking an Account Manager in Madrid to manage the renewal of small to medium-sized client accounts. This role requires ensuring timely renewals, achieving sales KPIs, and effectively managing a predefined list of accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, be able to work in a multicultural environment, and communicate in English, Spanish, and French.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with experience in customer service and CRM tools.
