About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual/team quotas and AIA business objectives.
Responsibilities- Achieve renewal growth targets set for the Broking Channel and other KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with assigned intermediaries to service and grow existing corporate insurance accounts.
- Proactively set appointments and meet with intermediaries for regular engagement.
- Provide timely and accurate renewal status information and renewal growth data for reporting and forecasting.
- Provide timely renewal terms or sales proposals for new lines of cover on existing accounts in accordance with business acceptance and underwriting guidelines.
