Client Relations Manager – Contracts
This leadership role sits within a growing contracts division and is focused on client relationship management, portfolio performance, and team leadership rather than day-to-day transport operations. While operational knowledge will be beneficial, the primary responsibility is ensuring contract clients receive exceptional service and that the portfolio delivers strong commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the Contracts Manager, who oversees the operational side of the business, you will lead the account management function, providing direction, support and development to a team responsible for client relationships, pricing, reporting and contract performance.
