Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. You will own a database of potential clients — HR and L&D professionals from large organisations — reach out to understand their leadership development priorities, and explore how ODA can support their Culture, Capability, and Org Transformation initiatives. Once there's genuine interest, you set up a meeting with one of ODA's senior consultants.
