Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients across the Canadian market
- Serve as a key point of contact for priority clients throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, ongoing engagement, service support, and long-term relationship management
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful follow-up, and professional service
- Support client retention, asset growth, referral generation, and new-client conversion initiatives
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and improve client engagement
- Work with internal partners to resolve client needs, service requests, and account-related matters in a timely and professional manner
- Support the planning and execution of client engagement activities, educational sessions, appreciation events, and premium client programs
