This is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. You will own a database of potential clients — HR and L&D professionals from large organisations — reach out to understand their leadership development priorities, and explore how ODA can support their Culture, Capability, and Org Transformation initiatives. You want a career that is in the intersection of Psychology, Management and Education
An MBA or a postgraduate degree in liberal arts. A couple of years of experience — freshers are welcome to apply. And the ability to work with little supervision in an unstructured environment.
