Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families. Reporting to one of the Leaders in Absence & Disability Management and in collaboration with the Workplace Health Team, the Client Partner, Disability Management/Work Accommodation is responsible for case management for the rehabilitation of ill/injured employees through the development, negotiation and implementation of rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, return to work plans and duty to accommodate agreements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of musculoskeletal injury prevention programs in an assigned area of Fraser Health.
