Client Onboarding & Sales Specialist

Outsourced is hiring a Welcome Team Advisor to drive customer acquisition by identifying needs and presenting solutions. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, email inquiries, and onboarding activities using our CRM while promoting a range of services.

The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of international sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build rapport with customers. The position is home-based in Metro Manila with UK/US shift flexibility.
