We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can partner closely with clients to plan, deliver, and improve marketing campaigns that drive real business results for our clients' incentive programs.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll act like an extension of their team, owning both the strategy and the day-to-day delivery of a variety of campaigns, promotions and incentive programs. This is a hands on, individual contributor role.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop integrated marketing strategies across channels (CRM, digital, PoP, etc.) for client incentive and loyalty programs
- Translate strategies into client-facing proposals and campaign recommendations that support account and program objectives
- Lead campaign execution end-to-end, from brief through delivery and reporting; developing clear insight-driven creative briefs and managing timelines to keep projects on track
