We're now looking for a Client Manager to join our sales team in Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client´s needs.
- Strategically plan to improve client results.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and establish the performance timeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships, maximizing profit by up‑selling or cross‑selling.
- Manage communications between clients and internal teams.
- Work with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc.)
