Client Liaison Officer

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an additional Client Liaison Officers/Account Manager to join our team and someone who has a commitment to safety and customer service.

This position will be based in Dandenong, and you will be assisting the existing Client Liaison Officers and Account Managers in managing waste, water and energy services at new and existing client sites.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage internal and external supplier arrangements and relationships

• Maintain customer relationships and manage customer requests and communication in a timely and informative manner

• Provide proactive waste solutions that contribute to achieving sustainability goals

• Ensure all client accounts / projects are profitable and deliver on their promised objectives
