Responsibilities

• Record all collected data accurately in our electronic case management system and utilize online platforms for efficient case processing.
• Collaborate with the team to verify facts, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards and accurately reflects the client's story.
• Participate actively in meetings, providing insights and updates on client intakes and progress.
• Assist with various tasks as needed, displaying flexibility and a commitment to team success.

Qualifications

• Availability for full‑time on‑site work in HERMOSILLO, SON. MEX is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
