What is the opportunity?
The Client Implementation Lead, Trade role is your opportunity to become a critical member of the Client Onboarding team, where you’ll drive exceptional client experiences for highly sophisticated businesses. Your primary focus will be leading commercial and corporate clients through the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless delivery of tailored solutions for Structured trade products.
What will you do?
- Lead multiple onboarding cases at a time, ensuring client’s onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the structured trade product suite with an understanding of how each product can enable large and complex businesses to meet their specific needs.
