About the role
The Client Implementation Analyst plays a key role in the efficient delivery of all client implementation activities at First Sentier Group. The role supports the onboarding and lifecycle management of institutional and wholesale clients, ensuring operational readiness, strong governance, and a consistently high-quality client experience.
The role holder contributes to maintaining a high-quality control environment across the team and will execute tasks in line with established processes and procedures, while also supporting the documentation and improvement of processes where required. The role requires flexibility to move between detailed analysis and light-touch coordination of activities across multiple stakeholders.
