We are looking for a Client Growth Manager to help drive revenue growth across the full client lifecycle.
This is a hybrid role spanning:
- outbound prospecting,
- and account expansion.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning both growth initiatives and client relationships.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can actively build pipeline, engage prospects, and help drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
Pipeline & Business Development
- Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline
- Execute daily prospecting and lead generation activities
- Develop outreach messaging and follow-up sequences
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
- Improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity
