Requirements

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
  

• Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding  for Zoho products and services.
  

• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery.
