This person will be responsible for the front of house in a beautiful Downtown Vancouver office. You will be the first point of contact for all high net worth clients entering the premises, and will set the standard for the rest of the company. The main duties of this person are:

  • Provide administrative support to the front of house and act as first point of contact for ultra high net worth clients.
  • Manage email inbox and inbound calls.
  • Manage the company fax and distribute mail to advisors.
