About the role
Position will be based in Zürich area. This pivotal role can be two folds, a) be the key driver of client retention or b) focus on new business growth, both focusing on expanding Orange Business’s footprint through strategic relationship management and proactive business development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing key clients, nurturing relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
