Client Executive - International Clients

As a Client Executive in Marsh Corporate in Oslo, you will be a key advisor to our international clients with a special focus on pension and benefits in the mid-market segment.
You will help them navigate complex pensions, people risk and insurance matters, lead strategic client dialogues, and coordinate Marsh’s full expertise to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on the client side and with colleagues and specialists across Marsh to create long-term, value-adding relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with relevant and proactive advice pensions, benefits and insurance.
- Conduct strategic dialogues with key decision makers
- Lead projects and act as the coordinating point of contact towards the client
