Position Title: Client Engagement Support

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities
- Provide service and operational support for assigned programs
- Maintain pricing spreadsheets and coordinate with creative and support teams
- Assist with web, art, and inventory tasks, including product uploads and proofing
- Manage product samples, orders, and follow-ups to meet production schedules
- Set up new customer records, budget uploads, and online accounts
- Communicate with customers on backorders, substitutions, and order tracking
- Collaborate with vendors, the Distribution Center, and sales partners to ensure timely product delivery
- Perform clerical duties, data gathering, and customized reporting
