Join HomeFront as a Client Support Case Manager. This full-time position is dedicated to managing cases and supporting those affected by domestic violence in Calgary.
In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of case management, providing expert support from initial client contact to ongoing case evolution. Your responsibilities include creating tailored safety plans and working closely with community partners to ensure that clients receive coordinated and comprehensive support. You'll also conduct important assessments, training, and outreach to empower clients through their unique situations.
