OVERVIEW

Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, informing clients of new arrivals and working as part of a team to meet individual, boutique and brand objectives.

• Meets and or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the boutique.
• Diversifies selling abilities through all product categories.
• Maintains a deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, general leather good construction and materials, as well as proprietary Christian Louboutin product knowledge.
