The Client Advisor delivers the Tiffany Experience in every client interaction, acting as a brand ambassador and building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, appointments, and exceptional service while meeting monthly and quarterly commercial targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and convert leads through appointments and discovery.
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality, leveraging feedback and NPS to enhance service.
- Promote key product pillars and style clients to connect merchandise with their wardrobe.
