Job Summary

This position must ensure the operation of the infrastructure of the buildings, maintain the facilities, furniture and building service equipment in good condition, trying to make a comfortable work environment for users.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance procedures in your area.
2. Execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance work on the equipment under their charge.
3. Repairs the specialty equipment under his charge; if not repaired on site, provide appropriate follow‑up until repair.
4. Coordinate the visit of external suppliers for equipment maintenance, service guarantees and minor constructions.
5. Verify the correct operation of equipment or systems under his charge.
6. Keep equipment operation logs, reports, routines, and parameter measurements.
