DescriptionSummary of This RoleThis position involves resolving basic or tier1 payment and account related requests such as card activations, payments, and name/address updates for card holders of one to two assigned company clients.
You will provide standardized or scripted responses using a user-friendly GUI, enter required data into client systems, and determine basic reasons for customer issues using a company decision tree.
Escalation or referral is performed for unresolved grievances and requests.
Additionally, you will build a base knowledge of products, policies, and procedures and maintain compliance by referring to manuals and training.What Part Will You Play?
