Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director (or designate), the incumbent is the administrator of the client intake process. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) receives new referrals to the program, ensures that the client is registered and that necessary funding arrangements are made; frequently negotiates with funding agencies for approval. Receives payment from the patient/agency, maintains an accounts payable system for service billings and reconciles same.
