Position Title
Temporary Clerk 2 – part‑time (expiry 31/05/2027) – Emergency Department, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), 1051 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
Overview
Working under the Manager of Emergency Services and the Administrative Supervisor, the Temporary Clerk 2 provides reception and administrative support for the Emergency Department, including direct client contact and clinic coordination.
Responsibilities
- Update client databases, track census systems, liaise with health records, and input ADT information to support triage and assessment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, photocopying, ordering supplies, and document preparation.
- Assist other staff, coordinate activities, and carry out additional duties as required.
- Provide direct client support in person and by telephone, working primarily evening and weekend shifts with occasional day shifts.
