Right now we are looking for a Clerical Support Associate to work with our Paediatric Outpatient Clinic .

Employment Status: Temporary Part-time Duration: December 2026 Hours of Work: Monday – Sunday, Days/Evenings Location: Humber River Health, Willson Site Labour Group: Teamsters Clerical Reporting Relationship: Manager, Paediatrics & NICU Hourly Rate: $29.966 - $31.016

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent reception/customer service, patient processing and maintenance of patient records. This includes registration of patients to the out‑patient services as well as booking/editing of patient appointments.
• Maintain/support all clerical and communication functions in the out‑patient services.
• Log and maintain statistics.
• Other related duties as required.
