Cleaning Tech

We are currently looking fora cleaning technician

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done, be reliable, professional and responsible, and have some experience in strata buildings – training also provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Litter pickup
• Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture
• Removing garbage and recycling
• Vacuuming carpets
• Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
• Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms
• Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc.
• Keeping janitor room clean and tidy
