Cleaning - Soft Service Manager

You'll assist in managing & oversee ing the efficient & effective operation of the Security & Cleaning services within the contract, maintaining agreed contractual specification standards, ‘Service Level Agreements’ & ‘Key Performance Indictors. You'll enhance the customer experience & reputation across the client organisation.

You're ensure team members are motivated, skilled, trained, supervised & supported to deliver exceptional operational & customer service standards at all times whilst complying with all Client & Company policies, procedures, relevant regulations & legislation
