Qualifications

• College level education
• Not more than 35 years old
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, commercial establishments, or related industries
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and results-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
