The Cleaning Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality cleaning and facilities services on site. You will manage and support Supervisors and cleaning teams, maintain strong communication with the Operations Manager, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Main Duties
1. Daily Operations
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor and share updates on a daily basis.
- Complete a site briefing each day and share it with the cleaning team on site.
- Oversee the work of Area Cleaning Supervisors and cleaners to ensure all tasks meet the agreed standard.
- Complete regular spot checks to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Support the Industrial Cleaning Team when required.
