Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and clean building entrances and hallways
• Conduct thorough month-end cleaning for appliances and more
• Attend pre-move-out inspections for cleaning assessments
• Complete small repairs as they arise
• Support the maintenance of the exterior property areas
Requirements:
