Responsibilities
- Perform weekly cleaning of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators in apartment buildings.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure clean and tidy common areas.
- Keep the exterior of the building neat by regularly sweeping walkways, entrances, and surrounding grounds.
- Perform deep cleaning of vacated apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Ensure all appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, etc.) are cleaned thoroughly.
- Clean windows, floors, baseboards, walls, and doors in units before new tenants move in.
- Conduct routine checks on cleanliness and report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or damages, to the property management team.
