Job Responsibilities:
Reports to the Building Admin Officer and responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Janitorial- keeps and maintains offices, premises & common areas in clean and orderly condition. Perform light & heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glasses (fixed glass panels, glass doors, glass windows, etc.), air on grills, light diffusers, fire extinguishers, fire hose cabinets, watering of plants inside the premises and removing rubbish.
